Check the software configuration file in /etc somewhere, if not check the documentation of the software you are installing since it doesn't seem to be software from the redhat repositories since you are installing it from an rpm. Unless you have a ELS License you shouldn't be running RHEL6 since it's End of Life was November 2020.

Can you show the output of:
Code:
rpm -ql info2soft-i2node

That is

i2node, NOT 2tnode

Please be careful to follow instructions. :)

Also even if I made a typo after the rpm ql it's the name of your software rpm package that you installed.

Strange would have thought that it would use the have a directory in /etc for it's configuration files. From the list of files you got from the rpm command, create with the name files.txt and past all those files into that file files.txt file. Create a basic script to look for the port number(26821), then run it.
Code:
#!/bin/bash
for file in $(cat files.txt)
do
    grep 26821 $file &> /dev/null
    if [ $? -eq 0 ]
    then
        echo "$file contains a mention of port 26821."
    fi

done
Then check the files it returns to see if it is a configuration file for that software, the other option is to reinstall it like you already figured yourself.

You need to make it executable.
Code:
chmod +x info2soft.sh

I have modified permision with root. but is running over 10 mins and it is not response. At the end I have to terminate it with ctrl+c. It does't seem successful.

You made a mistake typing it over, you typed:
Code:
#!/bin/bash
for file in $(cat files.txt)
do
    grep 26821 $info2soft &> /dev/null
    if [ $? -eq 0 ]
    then
        echo "$file contains a mention of port 26821."
    fi

done

it's successful now . the port is 26821 with info2soft ?

Yes the port definition of the software you installed is in either of those files, I would first check the second file what it looks like where the port is mentioned since the first mention of it is the startup script and I double the want you to configure another port there.

you means that I don't need to modify th port now .Because it is 26821. But I don't know how to modify the port from 26822 to 26821 ? but I remember the port is 26822 with it . the user tell me 26822 is still available .

The port which is used is defined in one of those files or both, can you share those files so I can see what they look like. You are probably just faster off reinstalling the software, but in case you are doing this for learning we can continue.
