Did you already build a website? What site builder were you using?

Do you want to learn how to create the HTML code yourself or do you want to hire someone to create it for you?

Yes I already built a website I went through godaddy.com to build it and I would actually love to be able to learn to do the HTML coding myself instead of hiring someone it would make it so much easier since I'm running my own website

What site builder/CMS that you are using? If you are using WordPress, then you can simply install and activate this plugin.
WP Customer Reviews: www.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-customer-reviews/

If you don't use WordPress yet, you can go to web hosting Cpanel > Softaculous > WordPress. That's why @KGIII and I asked what site builder/CMS that you are using.

We know about Godaddy, that is the website to register a domain name. You can also host websites there.

G'day @Moonsong and welcome to linux.org :)

Are you working on this from a Linux Distribution and if so, share with us the name and version?

If you really want to learn the guts of it from the ground up, I recommend...

All these IDE's and CMSs hide the real code from you. Most of them inflate
the code you really need to be 6 or 7 times bigger than it needs to be.

I have used the templates, and they make things easier, it's true.
But if you really want to learn what's going on, you can build a page
from the ground up with just notepad or vi.
