You can use the disk utility and image partition 2 that is where all your files are - click on the partition you want to image in this case partition 2 it should be highlighted - now looking at your photo click on the gear icon just under the partition and select "Create Partition image" and save the file just make sure you have enough disk space for it. Once the image is created you should be able to access it by extracting or mounting it.

There is no difference in the structure of ISO and IMG formats if the IMG file is uncompressed. Which when imaging your drive it is Not Compressed then It is possible for an IMG format file to be renamed with the ISO file extension and then opened in software that only recognizes the ISO file format. This is an effective way of accessing disc information in programs that do not handle the IMG format. Simply right click and change the .img to .iso then extract it - this process will take a considerable amount of time so be patient.
If the .img is compressed then the easiest way I have found to extract an .img file is PeaZip

Have you tried re-booting and re-plugging the USB stick to allow recognition?

after rebooting i inserted it many times .speaker gives sound but it is not visible in file manager

I have to wonder if the USB drive has failed in some way. It's not uncommon and, with enough use, is a certainty.

even with the "linux" version of ventoy , the main partition where iso's are dropped is exfat
Except the OP's 1st photo only shows Partition 1 (513 MB) as exfat (not large enough to hold any .iso files). Partition 2 is an "unknown" filesystem.... suggesting (to me) that it was never created properly, or was deleted, or was corrupted.

Welcome back @arochester! It's been quite awhile, and I'm happy to see you on again. :)

Yep - I agree with "stan" it must have been corrupted from the start - it does say unknown - did not notice that earlier - good catch
