No i don't know about the integrity. How should i proceed? Please guide me

I downloaded the virtual box. In it i found a linux installed. When i click on linux and press start. After few second this message appear on the black box, "no bootable medium found. System halted"

I downloaded virtual box and than linux in it, is indicating " no bootable medium found, system halted" What should i do?
