Good morning Rob! I know this isn't the proper way to ask for help and I am a newbie to the site and Linux so hopefully I get a pass just this once? I have followed the thread about resetting a lost password and after it tells me to enter new UNIX password and I retype it I get Authentication token manipulation error.

just discovered your site. I have been using cPanel for email service for years now... and wondering if it would be better for account holders (domain related employees and such) if it woul be better to set up our own server... the webmail in cPanel seems confusing to several... wondering what the learning curve is.
