I think the problem is no more there. I intentionally rebooted my device in different scenarios, to get the panic error,but it rebooted normally. Thank you so much everyone :)

Yes, the problem is with 5.11.0-34 kernel also. I tried 5.11 and 5.4 kernel . With both kernels random freezing during poweroff is there .

try another unrelated distribution I just checked Mint and Ubuntu both are Debian based operating system. If it's a compatibility issue, should I try the OS which is not Debian based ?

Yes, I did. I again checked the file to verify .

I ran the command , and changed DefaultTimeoutStopSec=10s to DefaultTimeoutStopSec=90s and rebooted the system. It got reboot normally . It freezes with kernel panic message randomly randomly (not on every shutdown or reboot) . So let's see if it works . Thank you so much :)

Pt I've boot drive of this , I can reinstall . But I am afraid, I will lose my all data. Can I resinstall without losing my data ?

No hardware changes since I bought this . One more thing whenever I keep this turned on for longer period of time ( lets say I didn't shut down it for 2days or more) , there are more chances of freezing , I noticed this pattern .

I re-installed the 5.4 kernel and deleted the 5.11. It again got froze today :( with the same message .
