I already have a 32ich Display in the living room with many different ports . i been kicking around the idea of use
bliss os on a min pc or raspberry pie. For use with Philo app, Spotify and other apps from file link like games. how good is Bliss os? Does it run android apps natively ? What kind of device should I load it on for HTPC ? how much max ram does it let you use ?

I have never heard of Bliss OS or Philo app but looks like the latter one is something similar to Netflix?I run a GNU/Linux distribution on my HTPC, it then automatically starts kodi. From there I watch media files on my network, as well as I have access to a plex server and I also watch netflix using a kodi add-on. I don't have a smart tv but I have found that the netflix app responds better as an app since the addon for kodi netflix isn't natively supported. For hardware I have a Zbox B1329, I only watch 1080p since my tv doesn't support 4k but the Zbox supports 4K so I'll be good to once I have a tv that does support 4k.

Philo is a Live TV Streaming Service designed for entertainment lovers which includes 63 channels for $20 per month. You’ll get major channel like A&E Networks, AMC Networks, Discovery/Scripps, Hallmark, and Viacom. Philo . Bliss Os is android. I also running 1080p on my display. Is the koida set up you talking about able so emulators for games ?

G'day Leonardo and hope this finds you well :)

I am moving this Thread to Linux Audio/Video, as Off Topic is more for subjects that are not Linux-related.

Hang on to your hats and we'll take a magic carpet ride.

I never tried it but it's possible since kodi has game add-ons.
It's also possible to use an xbox or playstation controller with kodi if you connect a the a correct receiver do your system.
