Hi KGill, Thank you for your reply. I am a complete novice and do not understand all the computer lingo. I tried the tips on your link but they all came up with an error message. I was trying to download Cyberghost through the Linux OS but I have now done it through Chrome which was very easy.
I think I get it now. You're using Chrome the OS? That's only barely and technically a "Linux", as it just uses the Linux kernel. If memory serves, it's based on an old 2.2 kernel. We don't really consider it much of a Linux and there's very limited access to the system.
