  • Now that I don't use Windows anymore, my college is offering free Microsoft Office...

Being that Winblows still has a dominant marketshare (mainly because of brand recognition and being straightforward (albeit restrictive) to use), its no surprise its still being used by public spaces like colleges. One way I can see Linux finally overtaking it is by having a store chain dedicated to software and tech services.

Yeah, my friend said that the system of the college changed, now you have to create a microsoft e-mail to access everything, but I don't care, I will use linux and f#ck them.
Definitely I'm happy to the choice I've made. I have a daughter and I hope to make a significant contribution on the future. Just want to be a good mother and a good professional. Nothing is easy, and I'm aware about this.

I'm all for that as well. My main career goal is to be an artist and author, and because no one wants to deal with poopy diapers, I plan to adopt children who've already been potty trained. Because I've always been a rebel, I also don't want to be these stupid normie parents to my children. Instead, I'd raise them to think for themselves, be themselves, and follow their own path in life.

Super! Be a parent is difficult, but is uplifting too. You'll learn to be patient, emphatic, and feel and give a unconditional love. I have the same feeling, to create my daughter to be an independent person, with her own personality and thoughts. I hope you achieve your goals. Good luck!

    You too :)
Still thinking of being a programmer. Unfortunately, a person that could help me about this was kind of an asshole. Definitively I don't miss twitter.

That's one of the many reasons why I dropped out of college many years ago

I've been in a public university, was a nice experience in my life. People use a lot of drugs at the campus, besides the presence of police (who knows why they never intervened). But I've realized the course I was would be hard to bring me jobs, so I dropped. Now I'm without patience to study again to join in a public college. I prefer pay to study in a private college very decent that offers many benefits.

    Without time, too.
