My bad  GParted does not work with BTRFS by default. apt-cache policy btrfs-tools # then if available but not installed sudo apt-get -y install btrfs-tools When completed, reboot your computer, and in Ubuntu open GParted, you should be able to see the /dev/sdc drive. Wiz

Cool! We will be focusing on the Toshiba, that is /dev/sdc, but you can get to know GParted better at your own time. Entry for GParted will be in Menu, likely under System Tools, or else start to type in gparted and it will complete. Launch it and take a look (requires password). There will...

New User - Locating and installing Device Drivers in Debian-based Q4OS

HAL, plain as they come is - you do not need to. If you apply that article above on how to install DEBs - once any of those methods is completed, the driver is installed and ready to use. Am I missing something here? (wouldn't be the first time, nor likely the last :p) Wiz

Jerry with that screenshot above that you posted ... on the right-hand side of the line with /dev/sdc2 on the Toshiba, the text is truncated (cut off) - Linux Mint T something - is that Linux Mint Tricia or Linux Mint Timeshift? If that 200 GB partition is where you want to store your...
