I Just recently got a Pi 5 8gb and its like a breath of fresh air maybe I was a little to hard on its little brother lol! The fan heat sink combo for the pi regulated by the pi instead of constantly running. Major Difference all around.

So the inverted colors had to do with the monitor after all its an old Samsung TV who knew? lol! Solved!!!!

Not a problem for me anymore. So I started using one of my portable computers because its easy to pack up and go. Forgot the passwords to root and my log in before that happened so that was fun to work around lol! Now we are in good shape plus I learned somethings I didn't know before . Linux...

It kept popping up wanting a new password I put a new password in and it still kept popping up. It was just annoying so I got rid of it and shared how to do it.

xcalib -i -a made it a little better but still inverted

Fresh install on a fresh M.2 I reset the computer to factory settings then installed Linux Mint . I let Linux update through terminal

Same computer same everything in Windows it works fine no inverted colors anything. Only when I run Linux it does this. Maybe Linux isn't meant for every computer after all....

The desktop screen stays inverted sometimes it clears up . I think its UEFI related.

So this replaces timeshift?
