Fixed it, I just open bio and disabled fast-reboot and then hold ESC to do a reinstall to OS.

New Thing, I can do CRTL+ALT+T to open the Terminal, but for a second before it closes.

BIG PROBLEM I cant shutdown my computer or restart.
