Does your wlan adapter appear in the device list when you run iwctl device list scan? also what are you referrencing for the commands you are running. I know that this page worked for me personally https://man.archlinux.org/man/community/iwd/iwctl.1.en in the past without issue.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Secure boot is already disabled. I can't get the OS to boot with it enabled. I will give the xserver video package removal a shot and let you know.
