    I don't know who made the decision not to refund, whether from OffTek or Ebay. When I contacted OffTek I had a very positive impression, so probably Ebay is to blame. Honestly, I don't know what to think anymore.

    Thank you very much, the only thing I miss is the proof that I returned the item, because Ebay sends you (after the refund has been approved) an email with the link to the label, and it is pre-paid. (go screenshot). So to be pragmatic they can to invent that they have never received the return...
