Yeah, I'm sorry that I forgot to mention it. You can solve it either by doing as @f33dm3bits said above in #8 post. If that didn't work, you can add a start up command xfce4-panel (The second one worked for me.:cool:)

Update: In the app centre there was an OS update and when I tried to install it, it gave me this error code Error while installing package: trying to overwrite '/usr/share/metainfo/granite.appdata.xml', which is also in package libgranite-common 6.1.1+r2107+pkg120~ubuntu6.1 :confused:

yeah, as you said there were lot of bugs it was totally intolerable. I would rather use cinnamon maybe another distro like kde neon and elementary OS.
