    Backup solutions for CentOS 7

Probably not that hard. The rsync command is pretty straight forward. There are also other solutions. Try a search for 'backup linux vps' and there will be a ton of results.

That's unfortunate. OVH used to be pretty solid. The rsync solution may be about the best.

OVH is usually pretty good. Have you contacted them to let them know that the system isn't working well with cPanel accounts?

    Thoughts on Flatpaks and AppImages

LOL I know. That's why I made my statement.

    Problem with Debian start.

It appears that you have a disk issue. Have you waited to see if those checks finish? If so, how long did you wait? I'd also consider booting to live media and running fsck from there.

    Thoughts on Flatpaks and AppImages

None are installed by default in 21.04 - but the system is there and the package manager defaults to Snap apps in some instances. There will be more, and more integration. The system is there in 20.04, but no defaults are installed. Some apps default to Snaps by default (when installed). That's...

    Rock Roxx

Charlie Daniels has some great music. "Drinking My Baby Goodbye" is a good one for when you're drinking heavily after a breakup.

War Pigs is another one. I have no idea who made the video for this. It looks like a video game, but I have no idea. It's very well done. Like, professional artistry type of well done. On a more personal note, mine is Goodnight Saigon. That one gets me pretty philosophical, especially when...

Installation Type was not appeared on ubuntu 16.04

By all means, I'd advise a newer release - after all, they'd potentially get even longer support. My post was merely a point of information. They *can* keep using it if they really, really want to. Unless there's a very exacting hardware reason, I strongly urge a more recent release.

Installation Type was not appeared on ubuntu 16.04

In theory, they could get 3 more years of 16.04 by signing up for Ubuntu Advantage (free for 3 computers) and using ESM. ESM is just security updates and nothing more. For more information: https://ubuntu.com/16-04

    Lutris not starting.

Why are you running around repeating yourself? You obviously didn't have all these same problems fixed. You're starting to look an awful lot like a broken spam bot @jack_65.

Snaps (as far as I understand - I don't actually use them, though I probably should if I'm gonna test Lubuntu) also keep the previous version when they update. It has a revert command and I *think* (again, not sure) that it can revert automatically in case of crashes. This is just stuff gleaned...

Is this laptop deal worth it?

A quick look (that went only as far as looking at the picture) seems to indicate that this one has an easily replaced battery. That's a bonus.

Oh, man... Everything is set to auto-update, checking multiple times per day. WP runs a giant chunk of the 'net, so it is always being attacked. Anyone who uses WP on my servers must also enable automatic updates. I will refund your money and kick you out if you don't.

Other than the HSTS, I simply did the LetsEncrypt with cPanel. I'd have scored a little better, but I didn't do the DNS verification for LE. (I don't need wildcards.) Hmm... Well, I don't have to write an article until next Wednesday. I gave myself a week to do the build. I was able to crib...

A+ I even set up HSTS Preload as like my first step.

I pulled an all-nighter, which was stupid because I have things to do this morning, and have pretty much finished the site - backbone only, not one iota of new content but that's the 'easy' part. This is some 54 Plugins - all configured except one (the SEO plugin) that can't be configured until...

    PCSX2 Problems/Inconsistencies (Debian VS Manjaro, 1.4 vs 1.5 & 1.6)

You are a fine example of a Linux user. I don't game and your moon language makes no sense to me (but it sure is pretty), but that's the kinda spirit I like to see.
