How to create a mirror server - for local (network) use with Debian 12, to update Debian, Ubuntu and Mint?

Guys. I am creating a server (using Debian 12) to update VMs and terminals (PC's) that have Debian 12, Ubuntu and Mint, locally, to avoid consuming traffic during working hours. And all the tutorials I tried didn't help. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it!

    Salix inofficial .iso mirror created

Hi, I recently wanted to download Salix. This was done at a somewhat slow speed, to put it nicely. That's why I downloaded Salix to my mirror without further ado. So if you want to download it, you can do so here: https://12-u.vs2-free-users.de/mirror/salix/
