¿Podría volver a instalar ubuntu tranquilamente?

Preferably first windows then linux.

I did not try to install Debian with UEFI
Before installation, switch to Legacy BIOS with secure boot disabled and Debian will install normally as on a computer with the old BIOS. You don't have to add Windows to Grub. If you (like me) have the option of quickly switching to Windows Boot Manager, then Windows will start without a problem and you will not have to manually change the options in the BIOS. It is also convenient because you do not need to add any entries to Grub, both systems work independently. If Debian is to boot from UEFI, you will need EFI partitions. I think you will find everything you need in the Debian documentation. There was an error in one version of UEFI firmware that caused damage to the motherboard when installing Linux. So make sure you don't expose yourself to the equipment.
