404 page not found help

i keep getting a 404 page not found on my website i cant seem to fix this issue.
Usr:testtest
Usr PW:123456
after you login with this information then go to the UCP link up top and yall see i get a 404 page not found

the files are in the folder

You have the full LAMP stack? The database is setup and running? PHP is running if needed?
