Hey everyone.
I've been a proud linux user for a couple of years now (Debian at first, Arch now) and I'm trying to install linux in a friend's old computer. His computer is quite old and as he does not have any previous linux experience, I first installed Xubuntu, but apparently his graphics card (NVIDIA RIVA TNT2 Model 64) was not supported any more and I couldn't get any appropiate drivers to work. Does anyone have any idea which distro would be good for that computer? As long as it works, the learning curve doesn't matter (as long as it isn't something extremely difficult as gentoo, etc.), I'm worried about compatibility.
I can't remember the CPU it has, but it's running on 1GB RAM.
Thanks in advance.
