about the wireless hardware Intel AC9560

I have install the Ubuntu18.04(LTS) to my PC, but the wireless hardware Intel Ac9560 is a disabled device on my pc, and I have already installed the drive from the intel site to my computer down at "/lib/firmware", after that I rebooted my PC , but it's also disabled, the internet by line is avaliable, but I usually use Wi-Fi at work or library, so how to solve my question? THX!!

Did you load the driver itself?

If you are new with Ubuntu, there is a way to download and install nonfree drivers through the update manager it might be a good idea.

not yet,I am actually new in ubuntu, and I know a few knowledge about CentOS, they are actually different, do u know how to load the driver, thank you tchakatak

sudo modprobe <module name>
