AMD CPU3960X Real Performance can not reach up to AMD Specs under CentOS 8.0

Hi Guys,

There are some differences between the AMD Specs and Linux shown about the cache.(I note them in attachemnt with yellow and black frame.)
Anyone knows about this?

Linux system version: centOS 8.0
Core version: 5.5.0-RC4
AMD CPU: 3960X
BIOS：ASUS Prime TRX-40-Pro
