Anyone familiar with "lick"? A tool to install Linux from Windows?

In my travels, while searching for something entirely different, this link popped up and looked to be interesting:


Alas, I don't actually know anything about Windows and don't have the desire to set Windows up and do some testing.

Still, it looks like it might be an interesting tool for people looking to switch. Anyone care to test?
 


Looks like it's mainly for Puppy but (and I may have misunderstood) it can be used to install other distros.

I've never played with it and I'll never be able to play with it. Well, I assume I'll never be able to. I'd have to install Windows first and I no longer know anything about Windows.
 
Hopefully a Windows user will come along and let us know how well it works. I seriously haven't got a clue. I know as much about current Windows as I know about current MacOS, which is pretty much nothing.
