, then I try to reboot from kde reboot button, it stuck at shutdown interface
how can I solve it ? or should I waiting for the next linux archive ?

A re-boot of the Bios system may clear it, [save all work, disconnect all cables, press and hold power button down for 60 seconds, then re-boot]
I am not an arch user, but no matter which breed of Linux you use, sleep on closing the lid, often causes problems

I am not an arch user....but can you disable the sleep function when you close the lid ?

if you can....do it.

if the choice is there...choose to start the screensaver instead.

The solution may depend on what driver your wifi adapter is using. As an Arch user it's always a good idea to search the official Arch forums if you run into an issue, since there is a big chance someone else ran into it there as well. Maybe check these recent posts?
