Asus ac53 nano and samsung N150p problems

I have a few issues and do not remember half of what I knew about linux several years ago. I need to get this little netbook to connect wirelessly but so far I am unable. I accidently wipped all of windows as far as I can tell. And since it is a windows 7 system that does not seem like a big issue. The real problem is I need to find a way to get it all working from a usb or sd card with out a hardline/etherconnection. I do have a second computer I can use to write files onto the drives or cards with. Or a version of windows
