Best Centos Backup Software

Guys, what do you recommend for backups, I am Running Centos 7.2 in one of the servers,

I couldn't remember the name of the one that one of my bosses used, but came up with this --
linux-sytem-backup-tools. Take your pick. Further suggestions here at Linux Org will, most likely, be forthcoming.

Thanks for you help, will take a look, I have been using Rsync to copy and synch folders, but now definitely need something that allows me to recover and boot vms,

I recently came across bareos, it also runs on centos. Haven't tried it but it looks promising.
