best resources to learn linux OS

You've already been to, and contributed to (thank you) one such venue

https://linux.org/threads/linux-learning-resources-share-yours-too.27866/

For the rest, there is no other definitive site, other than what you find on Google or your search engine of choice.

To ask here

what are best resources to learn about linux OS?

is like asking

"How long is a piece of string?" :)

... and my answer would be

"Read everything you have time for, preferably no older than 2 to 3 years, and use what is between your left ear and your right ear"

Cheers

The best resource to learn Linux is by using Linux.

Learn how to properly install and update and configure your new Linux distro.
Learn how to properly use Synaptic Package Manager to install and remove software.

I've found this to be helpful.

That edX one is a great resource, self-paced, free - what more could you ask for.

I ran it 6 years ago (nearly, now), won't say what I scored out of 30, might do it again.

The best resource to learn Linux is you, and making mistakes. The rest of it is reading books and online material.
