Can't install properly

When I plugged in my USB drive and start my PC..the I press Boot key...the first interface was clear for me...but when I hit enter to "Graphical Install "..the whole screen got blurry..Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 3 AMD Athlon Silver 3050U 15.6 inches HD Thin and Light Business Laptop (4GB/1TB HDD/Windows 10/Radeon Graphics/Platinum
