Change Linux partition from Windows

I have both OS installed on my laptop. I want to expand /root using the memory in /home. My USB drive is dead and i can't boot via LiveUSB. Can i change Linux partition from Windows?

If your computer is dual boot, you can change the parition from window.

But how? I tried to do it with disk utility and the aomei partition but they can't resize it.

You can do it through GParted, you have to install first with the command...

sudo apt install gparted

sudo pacman -S gparted
