Change SSD Partition Ownership / Admin Ownership problem

Hello, Linux World!
I have recently installed Ubuntu. working great but facing a major problem.
i have created TWO partitions, 1st one is boot and 2nd one is for other purposes other than Ubuntu installation.

But the problem is i am unable to use 2nd partition, neither create and manage any folder there nor download anything there from the internet.
Nothing i can do with this, I've tried and cant even change the ownership i.e. from 'root' to 'myself'.

Open a terminal
Type in: sudo nautilus

Your filemanager should then open as root.

Select the drive an change the read an write permissions like u tried in your Screenshot.

But now i have got stuck here. Whenever i start the ubuntu, it stuck here during booting.
Screenshot is given below. Will you please help and guide me to solve this issue.
