Cinammon just crashed [Mint 20 Fallback mode]

G'day labestia, because you are only 18, I will cut you some slack.

It would be considered both good manners and good sense to provide some detail regarding the crash

Like....
make and model of pc/laptop
when was LM20 installed
were there any problems installing
was there any error message when it crashed?
Did you make a note of those errors.
Did the pc also crash or only the OS
any sequence of events that preceded the crash....anything at all...

Detail Please,

This can be caused if your graphics driver is adequate for cinnamon to run in normal mode. But without more information it is almost impossible to help you
Code:
inxi -Fxz
and post back

Code:neofetch

Looks like you may have modified your system Perl, hence why it is not getting fixed. Each Perl is compiled with a few @INC directories where it will search for modules. The error message explains which directories are searched:- etc/perl /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.30.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.30 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30 /usr/share/perl/5.30 /usr/local/lib/site_perl /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl-base - However if you even adding those directories will not help. Some modules are compiled for a specific Perl versions, hence you cannot modify it. You cannot upgrade Perl in-place, but would have to reinstall all modules. Since APT contains pre-built modules you cannot use modules installed via APT with a custom Perl. So you need to leave the system Perl because Buntu based OS's depends on its proper functioning. It is safe to install another Perl alongside, e.g. via perlbrew. It is safe to add a custom Perl to your PATH, e.g. via perlbrew switch. This will also fix a couple of additional environment variables that are required for a second Perl to work. Bottom line is never mess with the system Perl.

This is beyond my ability in helping you - my only suggestion I can provide is to back up your data - reformat and reload your OS

Maybe someone here who is a Perl expert would be better at helping you

There is one thing you can try I just thought of and that is to move the symbolic link to perl
Simplest way to fix this is to move the symbolic link /usr/bin/perl to the original perl binary installed in the system. In this case:
root@foo # rm /usr/bin/perl
root@foo # ln -s /usr/bin/perl5.30.0 /usr/bin/perl
reboot

Now I am out of ideas
