What is the Closest Macrium Reflect Linux alternative?

Macrium reflect has the rescue USB tool where you can bring your OS to life with everything exactly as you had, by selecting the image backup.
Is there one that does exactly this?

Clonezilla does this or you can create a snapshot of your sytem with Timeshift as restore point to a previous working state but that is more like a Windows Restore point.

@Lord Boltar

Which one is more straightforward to use?
Personally I like Gnome Disk Utility - here is basics of how to

The above image you just click the 3 dots and you get the drop down menu and select Create Disk Image - this will image the entire disk

The Image below if you just want to image a partition- you just click the on the partition you want to image (highlighted in blue in this case) then click the gears and select Create Partition Image

Pretty simple just make sure you have more space to store the image then the image size itself
To restore just reverse the process and select Restore Disk Image you just have to make sure that when you restore that you use the Live USB with Gnome Disk Utility installed on it

This tool is simple to use indeed. Thanks! :)

Yes there is...it's Foxclone...https://foxclone.com/
Download the ISO and burn it to a Flash Drive...it creates an image of the whole Drive and is very fast.

It comes with instructions and is very easy to use. I'd been using Macrium for years in windwoes and Linux and have tried the others too...Foxclone is the best...especially should your HDD/SSD fail or you delete something...just restore the image.

Note...use the UK download link as the US ISO isn't bootable.

Just as an added note to clarify re gnome disks..

If the disk/drive you are cloning/saving is 250gb.....the utility will save/clone the whole thing...all 250gb of it.

So, you need an absolute minimum of 260gb of free space on an external hard drive to make that work.

Also the BTRFS File system is able to make snap shots and restore points. It's not a complete deal but does work
OpenSuse uses that system by default.
See here.

Just created an image of my 500GB SSD with Foxclone...used space is 244GB...of that space...130GB is 4 VMs...it took 37 minutes and was compressed to 154GB which is stored on an External HDD.

Foxclone is much faster than Macrium is easy to use and everything on the Drive is backed up...can't say the same for clonezilla.
