Authorities in Vietnam have detected a new coronavirus variant that is a combination of the Covid variants first identified in India and the UK and spreads quickly by air, the health minister has said.

Vietnam Suspends Some International Flights Due To New Hybrid Variant
Flights into Hanoi will be suspended from June 1 through 7, and the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam reports international flights into Ho Chi Minh City are also suspended until June 14.

WHO gives new names to coronavirus variants
The four coronavirus variants considered of concern by the U.N. agency and known generally by the public as the UK, South Africa, Brazil and India variants have now been given the letters Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta according to the order of their detection.

My second dose is on the 16th of this month. If the side-effects are similar to the first one, it's all good.

The Delta variant...from India....has been found in a couple of people in Melbourne, Australia.
These people were in 'hotel quarantine'.....which up until now has been something of a joke. ( a bad joke)

Here's hoping these incidents have been "roped off" in a proper manner.

I got the Moderna 2nd shot back in May the first in April, got is at Publix. My wife got CoVid 19 and was treated with Doxycycline made a full recovery in 4 days
