Crossover Music, Easy Listening, & Light Classical

That there is a classically trained voice, definitely not unusual at the time.

The best part is fairly early on as she goes into the chorus. Watch her move her head off to the side and project her vocals into the mic from the side. This is so she doesn't ''blow out" the mic. Otherwise, she'd cause the reverberation on the mic's film to vibrate so much that it can't stand up to it and outputs noise.

I typed a bunch more but decided to remove it. While it wasn't doing so, it was too close to objectification for me to be comfortable. I will say that I enjoyed the Tyler video quite a bit and I'll leave it at that.

Cilla recorded that song in 1964. (You're my World)

She released 'Alfie' in 1973...Written by Bert Bacharach, who also conducted the recording and played the piano accompaniment. This was the original recording. Sung Live. She was also managed by Brian Epstein, manager of the Beatles
