CVE-2024-1086 solution for RHEL

Hello, I saw that the CVE-2024-1086 is affecting RHEL8 and RHEL9., But I didn't saw any solution for this on Redhat site other then blacklist the kernel netfilter module which is not that good solution.
Can it be that there isn't any good solution that does'nt make you kill a kernel module to be protected from this problem?
