debootstrap error with installing ubuntu

I'm trying to install ubuntu buy the gui gets frozen. So i tried using the terminal and i partitioned and mounted /mnt. when ibused debootstrap with the official repository for noble, at first attempt it said error in extracting files tar failed. 2nd attempt it couldn't download half packages. The disk space is 69gb and my internet connectivity isn't bad
