Dear All,
I have installed my program (Material Studio) on the CentOs cluster and established a gateway successfully (connection works fine!). In this way, I established a connection through the program installed on my windows laptop into the CentOs cluster through the gateway.
However, when I start running my program through the gateway, it runs on master node of the cluster. So, it needs to define sbatch to slurm.
I appreciate any comments on defining sbatch by which the program can use cluster nodes. For more details I attached a snapshot of the gateway directory contents here.
