If all this is anything like the annoying AI agent they use at my on-line bank, it's where madness lies. Took 15 minutes of tedious to and fro questioning just to order a chequebook to pay the milkman.
LOL! I know how that feels. Every time I call Support I get choose number #X for issues Y back 'n forth and no matter what combo I do I get told to visit their "portal" online where I can "chat" with Support. Except Support agents are chat bots. Which is why I never bother with Support these days. If I have an issue, I'll got in store (or to the bank) and see a human (though some of them are about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike).
