There isn't much I can add to that, except the fact that the biggest mistake they made was that they opened their business in Slovenia. As a Slovenian, I am far too familiar to the Slovenian business rhetoric, called " I'm a big shot now, I can do no wrong ". Executive and owner avarice, arrogance and corruption, coupled with slow, unresponsive national supervision agencies have run many businesses to the ground.
It could have been A LOT worse, if the company were Bulgarian and they opened their business here. If I tried to explain the Bulgarian business model, I could probably write a whole novel about it.
