I tried even to use live usb with ubuntu on it, no success, same thing.

You had Linux installed and it was working.You booted and got a kernel panic error.You tried recovery mode with an earlier kernel and it too panicked.You then tried a live USB instance and it too panicked. Is that correct? All three efforts resulted in a kernel panic, after having a successfully installed and working Linux. If that is correct, I'd lean towards some sort of hardware issue.

Me either. It's usually a replacement, but not always. I'd first do a visual inspection to see if things are properly seated. I'd probably then do a memory test. After that, I'd see where we stand.
