Welcome to the forums,
Do you have the necessary experience of using Linux?, and are you fully competent at using the terminal, and it's commands?Did you read the Kali notes before trying to install.?

This from the official Kali introduction
"(…) Kali is a Linux distribution specifically geared towards professional penetration testers and security specialists, and given its unique nature, it is NOT a recommended distribution if you’re unfamiliar with Linux or are looking for a general-purpose Linux desktop distribution for development, web design, gaming, etc. (…)"

yes i've read the kali note and i'm installing for educational purposes and the understanding of

Well may I suggest you install an everyday desktop Linux and use it instead of windows/mac till you have enough experience, you can then install ANY of the 5 main pentesting distributions, or the "tools" can be added to that distribution,
Kali is not considered a full distribution and is so constructed that you need the experience to find and install any missing components [there is a Kali official forum, but they do not answer any questions on basic installation]
Many youn'ens think Kali is cool operating system as it is often featured in films that include Hacking, IT is neither cool or any good as a daily O.S. it is just a basic system to run tools,
I do not use VM/VB my pen-testing distribution is run from an external drive for security

Addendum.. if you mainly use your computer for gaming, I understand from several of our members that gaming on Linux can be better than windows [using the right add on's]
