Error while apt install, remove, reinstall or upgrade on Parrot home XFCE and disappeared "apt-transport-https" package

Error code:
dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting:
loading files list file for package 'libgfortran5:amd64': cannot open /var/lib/dpkg/info/libgfortran5:amd64.list (Input/output error)
Scanning application launchers
Removing duplicate launchers or broken launchers
Launchers are updated
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

What i was trying:
sudo apt --fix-broken install
sudo apt clean
sudo apt update
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/libgfortran5:amd64.list
(input/output error)
sudo apt reinstall libgfortran5:amd64 (input/output error)
sudo apt remove libgfortran5:amd64 (input/output error)
sudo dpkg --configure -a
P.S.
Lol, now is disappeared "apt-transport-https" package and:
E: The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/https could not be found.
N: Is the package apt-transport-https installed?

Maybe better change XFCE to MATE or KDE? :\
