You can now know for certain, or at least with pretty high confidence, if you're using a static or a dynamic IP address locally.

As always, I love the feedback. The feedback has directly resulted in articles changing. My ego isn't so frail that I reject good suggestions. If someone has a good idea, that's awesome - even if it wasn't my idea. So, I'm always happy for the feedback.

Also, this was a pretty easy article. I'd put it in the 'Getting Started' section, but it's not something needed when you're just getting started.
