Getting error when I power the centos8

Actually error showing in vmware. What is the solutions

Is this your personal computer or a school/shared computer? If it's your personal computer, then it would seem to me to be a VMWare issue, which I don't have any answers to other than look for files with .lck suffix. If it's a shared computer make sure you have read/write/edit rights to the folder and all the files in the folder where the VM files reside.
 
This is personal computer after deleting
.lck file but facing same issue.
Thanks for replying.
 
Updating to the latest version of VMware may fix the problem.
