Go depeer into the profile

Hi,
I´m a recruiter in a telecommunications company.We are looking for an expert profile in three areas: Linux kernel, virtualization and software development(C++). It is being very difficult to find this profile, so, I have to broad the search including other competences. Could you please advise me what competences are related to these ones?
