In this thread I will reminisce about great sporting victories against the odds.
 


My first is New Zealand's crickets recent winning of the world test championship of Test Cricket...... against India who have probably one of the best batting lineups in the world.....

 
for those old enough to remember.. not a sporting moment but a great sportsman, proberbly the best keeper Kent & England ever had..

Wicket Keepers can be SO under-rated, and unjustly so, IMO.

Australia's Rod Marsh did a lot to dispel that belief here, and as well as that he was a capable all-rounder at least in terms of the bat.
