We have a term, LUG it means Linux User Group.

These are groups of like-minded people who get together at meetings and share their love of Linux, not so different to us here

A quick Google under

linux user group sweden

indicates there may be ones at Uppsala, Helsingborg and undoubtedly others.

I expect they may have had an impact on their meetings, with COVID-19, but they may be helpful online, if you need local knowledge.
