help me installing tensorflow in python3 linux

i ran command

pip3 install tensorflow==1.12

and output is: google doc link because output is huge

my linux distro is mint. please help. (i am very new to linux and don't understand much whats the issue here.)

You will also need all the gcc/dev tools (make, flex, gcc, etc... )
