As has already been said Linux is not far from you. Look at the top of this page. Or look at Distrowatch.com you will find more linux distros than you know what to do with. With that said I'd recommend you start with one like Mint or MX as they are easy to learn and usually work well out of the box. Also PCLinuxOS is a good choice. This page may be worth a look also. Welcome here! Just for your information, most Linux distors allow you to run them on a USB flash to try them out without need to install them. you just need a USB and the iso file of flash to do that. And deciding between Linux distros highly depends on your needs and your skills. If you are totally new to Linux, start with easier ones like Zorin, Pop-OS, Ubuntu mate and etc.
