You can always just type what you are seeing....or take a cellphone pic, and post it here

You can start by putting a bit more effort into your description of the problem because it doesn't make much sense and taking a picture of what you see happening on your monitor where it hangs can also be useful if you don't know how to make a better description of the problem.
